Obscure focuses on a balance of fluidity between humanity and nature, as Global Warming and sea levels are rising. Fashion and Interiors are the vocal point for consumerism, the future will become sustainable in a circular economy. Main focuses around the Obscure trend focuses on 10 key drivers that influenced the macro trend, focusing on sectors of Buying, female fashion and Interiors. The fulfilment of obscure focuses on consumers changing their attitudes and making the conscious change in their behaviour, leading to the transition of a sustainable lifestyle, which can help flourish the environment. Obscure unveils how the future will evolve and preside of returning to minimal aesthetic and organic materials. Manifesting the Obscure trend, I discovered from various research that a future consumer tribe will descend of innovators and free thinkers. The free thinkers are experimental and creative consumers, who are sceptical of those who are certain about the future. These free thinkers will be open to new ideas and consider new possibilities, they are not tied down by traditions or demographics.

In hindsight, Trend Forecasting was a module which enticed my creative flare and use of powerful persuasive language to create an influential trend. Using a broad range of research methods to establish a mood, and identify patterns to establish new concepts through processing the zeitgeist to launch new products and ideas. As a future career in Public Relations is desirable, trend forecasting applied me with the skills to create a creative aesthetic and to market this trend to the right consumer to the suit the prevailing mood
